Staff & Board

Behind every magical Revels moment is a team of dedicated people. Our Executive and Artistic Staff, volunteer Board of Directors, and Advisory Council give their time and talent to make our Midwinter show and year-round events possible.

Executive Leadership

TIFFANY FAJARDO

Executive Administrator

Tiffany comes to Revels with a wealth of experience in the music industry and non-profit organizations, including her current position as Executive Director of Calliope East Bay Music and Arts, where she has also served in several executive board positions, and her prior roles as Interim Assistant Director at the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Audience Engagement at Berkeley Symphony. In addition to arts administration, Tiffany maintains a private oboe studio and is a proud music educator, having spent many summers working at the Hayward La Honda Music Camp as a counselor, coach, and Senior Camp Coordinator.

Artistic Leadership

California Revels proudly presents theatre productions involving whole communities in their creation and implementation.  We continue to include production-specific artistic and musical leadership in our Midwinter celebrations.

JERI REED

Jeri has contributed to California Revels since 2010. Jeri has nurtured our program for Young Performers (middle and high school) and worked with other American and European community and youth theater groups.  Ms. Reed has also been the choreographer and associate director for the Interlandia folk group at Penn State University.

Get Involved with your Board

Are you interested?  Consider which way you want to participate and support California Revels in fulfilling our mission!

VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME
Have a skill to share, or just want to pitch in? Project volunteers choose their focus area and how much time they can give. No ongoing commitment required. We'd love your help.

JOIN A BOARD COMMITTEE
Want to get more involved without jumping straight into board membership? Our committees are where a lot of the real board work happens, focusing in on areas like fundraising, advertising, merchandising, community outreach, programming, and more. You choose what fits your interests and schedule. Meetings are need-driven and infrequent.

BECOME A BOARD DIRECTOR
We're actively seeking new Directors! We're especially interested in people with professional expertise in law, finance, or fundraising. We are equally interested in people who are intellectually and emotionally engaged in the arts, fascinated by ritual theater, history, culture, or philosophy, and energized by turning ideas into action. Board members meet monthly and engage with projects and committees as their bandwidth allows (some involvement is expected). We welcome members of all cultural and economic backgrounds.

Contact our office  to let us know what you’d like to do to keep Revels going strong.
