The 2025 Midwinter Revels brought audiences back to a medieval Feast of Fools, where kings become fools, and fools become kings. It required all of us together to sort through the chaos and to bring back the Light.

We brought back much-awaited Revels touchstones like the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance, Mummers’ Play with a sometimes clueless (grins) Dragon, long sword ritual dance, along with dazzling juggling, costumes, projections, and a beautiful stage set.

But of course, we couldn’t have brought the light back without delightful audience participation, show after show…

10 Live performances ran December 12-14 and 19-21, 2025, with an ASL interpreted performance December 13, 6:00 PM, at Hayward’s Douglas Morrisson Theatre
